My journey in the United States started right after I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Poland with a major in International Relations and Public Affairs. Upon moving to the US; I completed another Bachelor’s degree in International Studies at Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. After experiencing the welcoming atmosphere, the unbelievably beautiful scenery, and the tight-knit community of Central Pennsylvanians; I decided that I wanted to call it my home.
I feel blessed I had met so many wonderful people who helped me to make the United States a place that I call home now. One of the greatest joys to me; besides visiting my family in Poland, of course, I enjoy spending time at home cooking or decorating, hiking, traveling, and spending time with my friends.
In 2012, I earned my real estate license and began helping customers buy and sell properties in Franklin and Cumberland Counties. The most fulfilling part of becoming a REALTOR® has been the close connections and relationships I’ve built with my customers. I take every transaction personally, to the point where it is evident to my clients that they have a friend guiding them through the process and fighting for their needs at the same time.
My primary goal during each transaction is to be an advocate for customers by meeting their needs and exceeding expectations. Having such a strong work ethic allows me to take the pressure off of my clients and ease their stress. I emphasize the importance of responsiveness, accessibility, and sweating the details so my customers don’t have to. They can rest assured that any questions or concerns they may have will be answered and when I don’t know the answer, I will find it quickly.
Buying or selling real estate is an exciting, emotional time and I make sure to expect the unexpected so any bumps in the road are navigated efficiently and effectively. Hiring me as a REALTOR® will guarantee things are done correctly and in a timely manner to seal the deal. After settlement, I stay loyal and hardworking with my commitment to be a life-long REALTOR®: always available to assist clients with future real estate needs.
When working with buyers I schedule an initial meeting to explain the overall process so customers understand what to expect and ease nerves. If they need assistance with financing, we discuss lenders and financial planning. I listen to what they need and want in a property that allows me to create a search criteria that will match with homes available in the market. Once the right home is selected I will provide any resources needed to make sure they are receiving quality, trusted services.
When working with sellers I also set up an initial meeting to establish goals and get an understanding of what they hope to accomplish. I will competitively price their home and market it to motivated buyers using both digital and print advertisements. With my strong network and sphere of influence I guarantee the homes I represent are sold quickly and efficiently.
