We have sold seven houses and Anna is the only agent who suggested we list the property higher than we thought it would sell for, and it turned out she was right. And the sale occurred more quickly than we expected; less than 2 months after hitting the MLS. Since we were considerably downsizing we had loads of belongings to get rid of and Anna significantly helped us find “homes” for our belongings. She was a big help. I also got the impression that Anna is really involved in the local area real estate community, and because of this possessed significant “human intelligence” (i.e., she was tied into the community of local agents and seemed to be on a first name basis, which has to be a positive when trying to get viewings for your property listings). She was responsive to our texts and phone calls. Within 2 or 3 weeks of our house being listed Anna had her tonsils extracted, and the next day she was on the phone with us! I urged her to take it easy but the discomfort of the operation didn’t slow her down even a little bit. Bottom line she was very dedicated and treated us more like family than just another customer. She has our highest recommendation. You can’t go wrong with Anna as your agent.

Anna was an excellent agent. She was very knowledgeable about the local market and I highly appreciate her willingness to accommodate that I was not local to the area. Anna was very motivated to ensure that the home we purchased was the right home for us. She was careful to let us make the decision, and never attempted to sway us one way or the other. Anna was very matter of fact when reviewing the homes - if there were issues that she noticed, she would point them out and offer solutions. If there were positive aspects of the house, she would point them out and mention the benefits. If I had a question she didn't immediately know the answer to, rather than guessing, she would write it down and get back to me. I always recommend Anna to any of my friends who are interested in purchasing a home.

At first I said "no" to Anna being our agent. The reason being was my husband decided 2 days before Christmas 2013 he wanted a divorce after over 19 years of marriage. I was shocked no warning at all from him. Anna was a friend of my husbands sister (who never did like me from day one meaning his sister). Then I decided to go with her because I just wanted rid of it. She put it on the market and had it sold in 3 days and got more for what we asked. We had 4 offers in one day. I love Anna so much she is a great person. She was very understanding with my situation. I just thank God that I put my trust in him and I found a place that I could afford and take my cats. He had to find something quickly and is paying more for rent then what the house payment was. Anna is very special to me. God is good, and she is a great person there was a reason for her doing the job she did.

We listed our house with Anna. She researched the local market and came up with a recommended price. Although we did list the home at a slightly higher price, the final negotiated price was about in the middle between the recommended and asking price. The house marketing plan was well thought out and professionally presented, resulting in a quick sale. Follow up from the initial contract to settlement was timely and on point.
